Are crates cleaned between rentals?

Yes! Between each rental the boxes are cleaned in a two-step process. First, we remove any loose debris by blowing the boxes out with high pressure compressed air. Next, the boxes are thoroughly hand cleaned and sanitized after each use using eco-friendly biodegradeable cleaners.

Does Crate Depot service long distance or out of area moves?

Currently we only provide FREE delivery within the Orlando area. We can deliver to any Central Florida area for a fee. For a custom delivery charge -please call us for a quote at 407.969.4111.

Is Crate Depot a moving company?

How do I pay?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Full payment is required prior to delivery of your crates.

How do we deliver and pickup the crates?

Our Crate Depot truck and driver will deliver your boxes to your front door or garage. They stack neatly inside of each other and don’t take up much room. Our driver will even deliver the boxes right inside your house or business.

I ordered too many crates, can I be reimbursed for these unused boxes?

Unfortunately, no. While the crates are in your possession, they are considered rented and the rental fee will be charged.

Can I extend my crate order?

Absolutely, just give us a call and we will gladly extend your order for as long as you need
