All Packing Materials are sale items and are yours to keep. Products like plastic crates , dollies and hand trucks are for rent only and will be collected at the end of the agreed rental period.

Easy! Just select your products, fill in quantities and add to your cart. You can navigate between product categories and combine rent and sales items. We accept all major credit cards, company check, money orders or cash. Full payment is required prior to delivery of your rental packing boxes.
Yes. Shortly after you have made your order you'll find a confirmation email in your Inbox.
All storage crates need to be returned in the same condition you received them in and free from debris, oil, grease, labels or writing. Labels are provided with the moving crates to make your move as easy as possible. For any rental equipment that is not returned in clean condition or has labels or writing on it, a cleaning fee of $5/crate will be will be charged to your credit card. Please feel free to ask about our cleaning fees.

Free delivery on all moving crate packages or orders over $75. A low delivery fee of just $45 is charged for orders under $75.
Goods are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days, depending on what time your order has been received. You'll be able to nominate your preferred delivery date during the order process.
No, not if you have prepaid and goods can be left in an accessible, secure & weatherproof place. However you accept full responsibility for any damages or loss that may occur in this instance. You can provide detailed instructions on where you want us to leave your goods on the order form. We will contact you by e-mail or phone to confirm a delivery date & time (usually a 2 hour window between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM e.g.: between 12-2pm). If no one is home, instructions can be given as to where goods should be left, e.g. under carport, behind left side gate etc.
